RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Nailed It By You, we prioritise your satisfaction, but due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to facilitate exchanges or refunds for change of mind or requests for different styles or sizes. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues: In the event that your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately at support@naileditbyyou.com. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly.

Eligibility for Returns:

For a return to be considered, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when initially received.
  • It should not have been used and should include all tool kit items.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Refunds will be initiated within a period of 14 days upon the receipt of the returned package in its original condition. 

Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us unless approval has been granted beforehand.
